Client
Testimonial
Rachel and Peter took the time to explain the process and walked me
through what was needed.
I felt less overwhelmed with making a big decision since I was able
to easily get questions answered.
Everything that they had control over was handled very quickly and I
felt that I was a priority.
I really appreciated working with Peter and Rachel and would
certainly recommend their company to others.

LOAN AND REAL
ESTATE INTEGRATION*
Keeping close tabs on buyer financing by providing home loan
services along with real estate gives client advantages many agents
cannot offer.
Smoother
Communication
Our loan processor is available more than your typical bank related loan
officer. On a weekend or evening you don't have to wait to find out
rates or get your pre-approval letter. Your integrated agent, having a
direct line to your loan processor, gets information much faster!
Faster Closings
With easier communication and hours available, you are given more time
to wrap up closing details with less surprises from your lender's
underwriter and are provided more opportunities for an accelerated
closing if you desire.
Less Possible Fees
Many loan officers, since they don't make commission on your real estate
transaction, can charge points to the back end of your loan - increasing
your fees without your knowledge.
Referral
Network
With loan financing experience, an integrated agent knows many other
loan officers, has quick access to programs available and will refer you
elsewhere if another program fits your needs better.
FIRST
APPOINTMENT
Please use this
checklist to gather necessary loan application docs.

PRE-QUALIFYING OR
PRE-APPROVAL
Knowing what you can afford is one of the first steps in purchasing your
new home. This will tell if you can start choosing with confidence the
home you'd like to buy, or if you need to continue building your assets
and credit.
Finding out what you can qualify for is not known only to banks and
lenders. Peter can start you on this process right now to find
out a maximum purchase price for a home
and what your payments would be if you were to
buy. This is called pre-qualifying.
Pre-approval is more rigorous and is based upon verifiably documented
information regarding your income, employment, liabilities, credit and
the cash available to you for closing. When you have a pre-approval
letter, you are ready to shop for a house!
