     Peter and Rachel Badgett have been awarded the Certified Negotiation Expert(CNE®)designation by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI).  The CNE® is earned by real estate professionals after successfully completing formal negotiation training.  Agents who receive this certification are in the top 1% of all agents nationally.

Seattle magazine worked with QMI research to conduct a client satisfaction survey, including 40,000 recent homebuyers that had purchased a home valued over $150,000 between the month of Feb 2010- Feb 2011 as well as 250 Mortgage and Title companies, plus 1,000 subscribers of Seattle magazine.  Rachel scored in the top 7% of all Real Estate Agents in the Seattle area (from over 17,900 people).
